Summary: Make #time output month/day names in interface language
Product: MediaWiki extensions
Version: any
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: enhancement
Priority: Normal
Component: ParserFunctions
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [email protected]
#time provides a way to format a date according to one's own wishes, but it
uses the site language for output instead of the interface language. As link
tables etc. don't seem to be a serious issue (e.g. on Bug 14404), I don't see
why we should not deliver the localizable part in the user's interface
language.
