A MediaWiki feature has recently been activated on dewiki, that displays a
warning if the summary is not filled in. However, this should only be done in
namespace 0 (article namespace), where summaries are needed. However, in all
other namespaces summaries are generally not needed. Therefore, the warning in
MediaWiki:Missingsummary should only be displayed in namespace 0.
