The "Mobile view" link hidden on the bottom line of the desktop view (at least
in Vector skin) seems to bring up the mobile format for the current page, but
as soon as you follow a link you're right back to desktop view.
It seems to be sending to eg
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Something?useformat=mobile -- so that parameter is
immediately lost when following links.
