On dewiki the templatelinks tables contains values like "NAMESPACE" at
tl_title if {{NAMESPACE}} is used at page source.
As a result you can see e.g. all namespace variable usages on
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Linkliste/Vorlage:NAMESPACE
templatelinks must contain only links to included pages and not used variables.
If you are doing a null edit using index.php the wrong entry is deleted. But we
made a null edit on all pages and there are some few news ones every day.
I don't know the reason, but perhaps there is a single not updated squid or an
old mantanace scripts that run on wmf.
