Not sure where to report it.
When logged off, if I try to set the language to it-it, the previously
(automatically or manually) selected language is kept. If I enter setlang=it or
I look for Italian in the complete list, it works. With uselang=it-it, it
fallbacks to English.
Attached an example with Chromium. HTTP_Accept headers: text/html, */*
ISO-8859-1,utf-8;q=0.7,*;q=0.3 gzip,deflate,sdch
it-IT,it;q=0.8,en-US;q=0.6,en;q=0.4
