Ordinarily, stewards would be able to take action to counter vandalism, however
since usabilitywiki isn't on the main cluster, our global rights turn out not
to be global. And we cannot access the wiki via userrights, so can't add sysop
to ourselves (or whatever) as required. I guess the wikis are off the main
cluster for a reason, but something should be done here, I think.
