You have missed nobody, at least for the requests that have been made since July. There are a few contributions left behind for ¹, ² and ³, but I'm pretty sure they were all done after the rename (ie. the account has been re-created). I don't know what's the policy for such issues. Anyway, I guess it's of lesser importance.
