CodeReview diffs that include images show the old & new images inline; when on
https://www.mediawiki.org/ these are loaded from http://svn.wikimedia.org/ and
so throw mixed-content warnings in browsers.
The images are loaded via ViewVC, which doesn't currently work on
https://svn.wikimedia.org so we can't just switch it over to SSL or
protocol-relative links.
