In 1.18 r100281 all was well, but in newest 1.18.1 r102570 all red links no
longer work. Mediawiki generates for [[Mytestredlink]]:
<a class="new" title="Mytestredlink (page does not exist)">mytestredlink</a>
I checked the release notes cursory, but did not find a configuration change
for " red", "links", or "BREAKING CHANGE".
