Current behaviour
After clicking on buttons, WikiEditor's heading drop-down menu is shown behind
textarea and other elements.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit a page.
2. Click on Advanced section.
3. Click on heading drop-down menu. It should appear.
4. Click few times on Advanced section (so the section of toolbar is
hidden/shown multiple times).
5. Click on heading drop-down menu. It should not appear.
Reproduced on:
- Mozilla Firefox 7.0.1
- Chromium 15.0.874.120
