Now URL link text in "More"->"Link to" shows
"Thread:Base_page/Thread's_row_text" format.
It works well in English and other similar languages but doesn't in languages
like Japanese.
For example in translatewiki.net,
Link URL shows:
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Thread:Portal_talk:Ja/MediaWiki翻訳の停滞
but this URL doesn't work well if the browser doesn't support UTF8 encode URL.
It should be
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Thread:Portal_talk:Ja/MediaWiki%E7%BF%BB%E8%A8%B3%E3%81%AE%E5%81%9C%E6%BB%9E
so that anyone can get the correct page.
