When marking a bug as a duplicate of another one, votes should be transferred
to the new bug!
Example:
* old: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8216 (Reporter & 12
votes)
* now: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12701 (not added as
voters, not as CCs)
Maybe just add reporter, CCs and voters to the new bugs CCs?
By the way, is it already done with Reporter at least, maybe also with CCs,
actually?
If not, the same applies for Reporter+CCs, not just for voters.
