Special:SpecialPages always uses specialpagesgroup-login as the group name
the message displayed is "Login / sign up"
If $wgUser->isAllowed( 'createaccount' ) = false; Special:SpecialPages should
display "Login".
The title for the login page as displayed by Special:SpecialPages has the same
issue.
