After entering a 'description' of a file in Russian and a 'description in
another language' in Ukrainian, URL and direct link from Use step are missed.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to Wikimedia Commons menu.
2. Select 'Upload file' option.
3. Upload a file.
4. Accept the license default
5. Populate 'Title' field.
6. For the file 'Description' select language- Russian.
7. Enter a description in Russian.
8. For 'add a description in another language' select language- Ukrainian.
9. Enter a description in Ukrainian.
10. Populate 'Date created' field.
11. Click 'Next' button
