At the moment the documentation messages (qqq) or changes of documentation
messages of "notranslate" messages are not exported or imported to/from svn.
Please export/import these messages, because than delevoper can see, that there
is already a documentation and add not himself things to qqq messages (see
r100023, message 'categorytree-member-num'), which are removed later. Also it
is good to have a backup from the messages.
