Normally a sysop, by definition, should be able to import pages from other
wikis (at least thru transwiki sources if not thru upload import). But on
sa.wikipedia sysop is not able to do the same. It is showing the message 'no
transwiki source found and upload import is not enabled.' Please define
transwiki sources for sa.wiki.
For information, I am a sysop on sa.wikipedia (user:Hemant wikikosh) and want
these rights to import pages from en.wikipedia. Thanks in advance.
