Summary: Allow sysops to edit abuse filters on dewiki
           Product: Wikimedia
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
               URL: http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate_url?doit=done&tt=ur
                    l&intl=1&fr=bf-
                    home&trurl=http%3A%2F%2Fde.wikipedia.org%2Fw%2Findex.php
                    %3Ftitle%3DHilfe_Diskussion%3AMissbrauchsfilter%26oldid%

                    dministratoren.3F&lp=de_en&btnTrUrl=Translate
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: shell
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Normal
         Component: Site requests
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

The discussion (see URL) shows a clears consensus in favour of giving sysops
the abusefilter-modify user right. Some users were arguing for giving selected
trusted users this right as well, but that was not undisputed; therefore I
think abustfilter-modify for sysops is the basis all can agree to.
