funky mix of ltr and rtl
See attachement which contains a highlighted clip from
https://he.wikisource.org/wiki/%D7%9E%D7%99%D7%95%D7%97%D7%93:IndexPages that
shows a funky mix of rtl and ltr that ends up with the "[231" being misplaced.
(CCing SPQRobin and Amir in case they know if this is already known and can
dupe this.)
