I am seeing multiple localization issues on trunk, even after running
maintenance/rebuildLocalisationCache.php.
I am getting errors about core being unable to find the names for special pages
as well as numerous untranslated messages displayed.
Some of the issues seem to be related to APC caching because restarting apache
fixes some of the untranslated messages temporarily.
I intend to dig into this issue (it completely blocks me right now).
If anyone has any information on what was changed in the past 3-4 weeks that
might cause this, please let me know.
