Doxygen documentation for MediaWiki is generated on formey using Doxygen 1.6.3

That version is a bit old and generates slow HTML. Doxygen 1.7.x is lighter and
cleaner to the eye. It is not available in Ubuntu lucid (10.4) though.
We could either:
1) upgrade Ubuntu on Formey
2) backport Doxygen 1.7.x in Lucid (10.4)
Willing to hear from the ops about this :-)
