Possibility of Narayam being embedded based on uselang attribute needs to be
explored. Background for the requirement, the Tamil media contest needs Narayam
on commons if the tamil interface is chosen for upload. Siebrand and myself
were talking about need for doing a risk assessment / feasibility at Hackathon,
but missed out doing it.
