The SemanticForms "category" and "categories" input types are very nice, and
useful, but it can be difficult to navigate when the list is quite long.
Would it be possible to allow subcategories to be collapsed by default, with an
arrow or something for the user to click to expand them? This behaviour exists
in CategoryTree, but I can't seem to find a way to turn it on in SemanticForms.
