I have extra databases to which my mediawiki connect to.
When the $wgDebugLogFile is activated it's confusing to search for the correct
database link without the database name.
I propose we add the database name next to the counter in the wfDebug()
message.
example: wfDebug( "Query $this->mDBname($cnt) (master): $sqlx\n" );
