InteractiveBlockMessage is a simple extension that adds a new magic word,
"USERBLOCKED". This returns true/false to indicate the blocked status of a
user, when used in NS_USER or NS_TALK. It allows for the creation of more
user-friendly block templates.
It appears that the proposal is supported by the enwiki community:
