Mockup of Feedback Form Option 2
Move the small legal text right right below the text box and above the 'Post
your feedback' button, left-aligned ("By posting, you agree to transparency
under these terms.").
This will put it on a line by itself above the 'Post your feedback' button.
This will also make it easier to add on that line a link to the feedback page
(when we are ready to make it public).
See attached mockup to show how much spacing to put above and below that line.
