In the left sidebar's Toolbox section, the text link now called 'Rate this
page' needs to be reworded for AFT v5 to say 'Help improve this page' -- to
match what we are saying on the feedback forms and in the feedback link below
the title bar.
If this text link wraps up to another line, please shorten it to just say
'Improve this page'.
Note that this would only be on pages which feature the new AFT v5 forms, not
on pages which feature AFT v5.
