Bug #: 32973
Summary: Convenience link to mw-config/index.php does not point
to correct file if referrer not index.php but
index.php/Foo
Product: MediaWiki
Version: 1.19-svn
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: minor
Priority: Unprioritized
Component: Installation
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [email protected]
CC: [email protected]
Classification: Unclassified
The "You have not set up your wiki, click here" convenience link to
mw-config/index.php does not point to correct file if the referrer is not
index.php but index.php/Foo. (/Foo is shorthand for ?title=Foo, of course --
but the problem is the slash - the full version does not suffer from the same
problem).
It seems unlikely to me that anyone's entry point would be action URL sequence,
but it would be nice to make sure no first time installer came across a broken
link. Perhaps a check could be written into the page rather than simply
outputting a relative URL?
