Do not show vertical feedback link (Option C) when Call to Edit (Option 4 CTA)
is displayed (this is a phase 1.5 ticket).
If Option 4 Call to Edit is shown, they shouldn't be able to ask for the
feedback form, so we can track edit conversions without confusing user with
other options.
