Summary: Restoring a deleted redirect revision doesn't recreate
the redirect in some cases

Assume [[A]] have three (maybe deleted) revisions:
1 => #redirect [[B]]
2 => a #redirect [[B]]
Obviously 1 is a redirect but 2 is not.
If revision 2 is the current (displayed) revision of [[A]], I delete [[A]] with
action=delete, then restore revision 1 only. After this when [[A]] is viewed,
it displays the content of revision 2, but not a redirect.
Maybe related to caching?
