Steps to repro:
* open http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:VisualEditorSandbox on Android
stock browser
* click into the editing area somewhere
* type "doesnt"
Expected:
* spell checker built in to system's IME offers to replace "doesn't"
Actual:
* no spell suggestions are visible
