This issue was split off from bug 33039.
When using a web font that does not contain certain characters, and when those
missing characters are used in a web page, Opera 11.60 on Mac OS X 10.7.2 will
display spaces instead of using another font to display the characters. See URL
field for URL to reproduce. A screenshot has been attached -- for clarity sake,
I have selected all text, so that it is visible where text is displayed as
whitespace.
