I think this was fixed by r48641 - now we don't let admins (ie those without the rights to use wpHideUser) to modify the blocks. What happened here (it seems) is that NawlinWiki modified the block after you did - but since he can't use wpHideUser, it wasn't a hidden block & so we can see it in the log. That's badness, but shouldn't be possible any longer.
