Overlay Bug for Option 2 Feedback Form (screenshot 1)

When I try to use Option 2 (Suggestion, Praise, Problem, Question), I
experience these problems:

1) In overlay mode, the Question tab wraps around to the next line, causing
scroll bars to appear, and partly covering the Post your feedback button.
(screenshot 1)

2) In overlay mode, I get the same problem with the Help tooltip as I reported
in Bug 33125 (Help Tooltip Bug on IE7 for Feedback forms) (screenshot 2)

3) The 'Post your feedback' button in grayed out mode has a weird text display
that looks like we superimposed two text fields on top of each other, rather
than the clean look we have on other platforms. This happens in both overlay
and page bottom modes. (screenshot 3)

4) When I click on Praise, Problem or Question, the 'Post your feedback' button
is no longer grayed out, even though I cannot post that feedback without typing
more text.

These problems need to be fixed before we can launch the forms on IE7. They
should work roughly the same way as other platforms.
