screenshot

In Odiya and Devanagari (hi,sa,mr,ne), any diacritic mark above the characters
or the part of the character that appears above the top line is cut off in Page
title alone for lohit. They appear fine when appearing in body text. This
happens only in page title. (In IE, FF and Chrome in XP SP2)

I have attached the screenshot for odiya. the word there is the odiya
equivalent of "wikipedia" . it should have three half circle/curved line type
marking above in the middle characters. But their middle point gets cut off and
they appear as two dots instead. Similar thing happens for devanagari, for
loops above the top line, the top portion gets cut off.
