Splarka <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] Status|NEW |RESOLVED Component|Site requests |User interface Product|Wikimedia |MediaWiki Resolution| |DUPLICATE Summary|Rigged Preferences Form |Preferences Form allows | |links inside <label> | |attributes --- Comment #1 from Splarka <[email protected]> 2009-04-02 18:27:02 UTC --- A few things: 1. This is a consequence of putting a link in a <label> attribute, and should be handled better yes, but this is a dupe of bug 15130 2. This has nothing to do with "Wikimedia" or "Site Requests", the bug is in allowing links in the <label> attributes. Possibly this could be considered a bug in the Gadgets extension specifically, but really it is in mediawiki in general (there are many places in the core code this can happen, especially in preferences or on edit pages). This specific case could also be fixed on the English Wikipedia by having the description changed. 3. Your success rate with getting your bugs resolved positively (rather than WONTFIX/DUPLICATE/INVALID) is about 33%. I highly suggest you spend more time searching existing bugs and/or communicating with the developers rather than using bugzilla as a gripe list. This specific bug reads like a bad blog entry guestbook. [This comment is my own opinion but I am probably not alone in this.] *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 15130 *** -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug.
