AFT 4 post rating CTA
Upon submitting a rating on the following page:
http://en.labs.wikimedia.org/wiki/Foundations_of_Education_and_Instructional_Assessment/Edition_1/Table_of_Contents/Chapter_13/13.1.1
The call to action doesn't appear (see attached).
Also, upon page reload, the AFT4 widget doesn't appear.
Is there a potential conflict between AFT4 and AFT5, or are the CTA templates
not in labs?
