Hi, some folks from cs wiki reported issue with Cite
http://cs.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Speci%C3%A1ln%C3%AD:Citovat&page=Ostrava
the module doesn't produce valid links, the links produced can't be opened
directly in browser and when someone copy paste them, it's needed to insert
protocol (http:) to the url. Is this a bug or configuration problem?
