All thumbnails are loading very, very slow. Some are not loading at all (timeout). For example, when going to http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:NewFiles it takes about a minute to load all thumbnails. A few thumbnails load and are displayed, then all transfers are blocked, then a few more thumbnails load, transfer is stopped again and so on.
