So we rely on the content language (Turkish in this case) and apply all rules associated to the language. Anyway, I have asked on IRC to have the article renamed to İPhone_4, then the title correctly show as iPhone_4 (http://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/İPhone_4) and links to [[iPhone_4]] will be direct links.
