Needs to get project specific links and explanations. E.g. a link to
[[:commons:COM:L]] and [[:commons:Commons:Image_casebook#Internet_images]] in
this case. However we cannot change the message locally since then we would
miss all future TW updates rendering all the localization there useless.
So there should be a message which is locally translated (with
[[commons:template:autotranslate]]) which is added to the message.
