The review log is incomplete. It contains the diff of changes in article text.
But it doesn't contain a list/diff of changed, unflagged templates and files
which were changed from the last reviewed article version until the current
reviewed article version.
At entry 2011-12-23T19:03:50 UTC Bilddrehungsbot-Sichtbot there is no chance
to see what his review changed in the standard article view for non-logged-in
users. It should mention that an image was changed and before the reflagging
the old file version was shown but after the re-flagging the current file
version is shown
