When Semantic Forms is disabled, Semantic Forms Inputs gives an error that
says:
This is a Semantic Forms extension. You need to install Semantic Forms first.
It should instead say explicitly what the source of the error is (SFI). I
suggest changing the error message to the following:
Semantic Forms Inputs requires the Semantic Forms extension. You need to
install Semantic Forms if you enable Semantic Forms Inputs in LocalSettings.php
