Currently, there is the "install.php" script, which only works for postgres or
mysql (not sqlite), although easily fixable, there is no way for database
patches to be automatically applied if needed.
Should all be moved to a LoadExtensionSchemaUpdates model!
(I'll probably do this myself in the near future! ;))
