I was trying to delete users who were in the block list and I got this error:
A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the
software. The last attempted database query was:
(SQL query hidden)
from within function "Database::update". Database returned error "1062:
Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY' (localhost)".
It seems it's trying to re-block the 'Anonymous' user, and it can't.
