Let's say a user uploads a file, the file is deleted, and the account is then
renamed. When looking at Special:Undelete for the file page, the "File history"
log entry shows the uploader's old username, while the "Page history" log shows
the new username.

The file was deleted in 2009; the user was renamed in 2010. "Posuur" is the new
username.
I've checked a couple other renamed accounts' deleted file histories, and the
same issue persists.
I'm not sure if this occurs when a file is deleted *after* the user's rename
because I haven't yet found an example for that.
