bug 167 imho has its own issues which make it more complicated then this one.
Most people on that bug don't even agree what they want the feature to look
like (Everything from including hot cat in core, to fully having the cats out
of wiki text is suggested). There's issues with how conditional inclusion would
work (which is not a feature I could imagine the Wikipedian's wanting to give
up).
