A link reading "Developers" or "API" should be added that links to a developer
hub either on MediaWiki.org or on Meta-Wiki.
This is (very) common practice on other websites where the project is seeking
outside development efforts. For example, a "Developers" or "API" link can be
found on the bottom of Twitter.com, Facebook.com, Wordnik.com, etc.
