I have noticed that with the newest versions of FCKeditor and Semantic Forms,
that the FCKEditor is not working in IE7 free text box. I am using MW 1.14.
Furthermore if the FCKEditor is set to start by default or remember state with
on, the free text box doesnt show up.
I upgrading both FCK and Semantic forms last night via SVN to ensure I was on
the latest version
This is not occurring with FF3
