Currently, the "Wikipedia" namespace on the Assamese wikipedia
(http://as.wikipedia.org/wiki) is in English. That is, the Wikipedia namespace
is "Wikipedia" and Wikipedia_talk is "Wikipedia_বাৰ্তা". We would prefer them
to be aliased to:
Wikipedia -> ৱিকিপিডিয়া
Wikipedia_talk -> ৱিকিপিডিয়া_বাৰ্তা
