While I think a vast majority of wikis using the Collections extension want
PediaPress integration, it has been pointed out
(https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Thread:Project:Support_desk/How_do_I_remove_the_option_for_Pedia_Press_to_print_books_in_Collection%3F_IMPORTANT)
that its integration presents a legal problem for some wikis that would like to
utilize the other features of the Collections extension.
Any chance of adding a setting to disable PediaPress integration?
